DAVANA integrates a new monitoring service of lubricators from the Technical Group RIVI. The system lubricates the track when a train is detected so as to reduce wear and noise caused by wheel-track contact. Monitoring the system is necessary to guarantee that the application of the lubricant is placed at a specific location, in a controlled quantity, at a specific time and duration. The system is placed in-field either on top-of-rail or sides, focusing in critical points such as curves. 

We have installed on board blacknest sensor to test the levels of CO2 in cars. There are several factors that influence passenger comfort, one of them being the CO2 level. In order to achieve adequate levels, environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and CO2 are monitored so that the ventilation system can be adjusted with new filters and settings.

We are thrilled to announce the latest development on IoT monitoring for Point Machines. The solution gathers electrical parameters and send them directly to DAVANA where data is analyzed, maintenance intervals are optimized and unplanned downtime is minimized.

Upcoming webinar about track measurement solution through an on-board device. Together with Virtualmech, we present an alternative to traditional auscultation with heavy trolleys and expensive laboratory vehicles. The system measures the track geometry from the very moving vehicule at service speed. The data is displayed in DAVANA's Digitalization platform which ease analytical and maintenance tools to manage infrastructure.

Great news! Blacknest, the line of smart motors IoT sensors, debuts in the industry. The company ESBELT, S.A. (ESA), conveyor belts manufacturers, wanted to improve the production process by monitoring environmental parameters. Esbelt has chosen Blacknest to track temperature and humidity on real time. Data is analyzed and displayed in DAVANA , allowing to access historics, configure alarms and make data-driven decisions.

After the launch of SAVANA in 2020, the success of the platform has exceeded our expectations, so we have decided to give it a new registrable name to make it a valuable asset for the company.
